We ask for your personal data to facilitate processing of your event registration and participation.

·       Personal data provided during registration will be included in your individual attendee profile with us, alongside other information captured as part of the registration process.
·       Your profile may be reviewed and evaluated as part of the event’s validation process when necessary to determine your eligibility for participation.
·       As part of your event participation, selected personal data (i.e. name, job title, company name, address and office number) may be shared with other event attendees in event collaterals (such as the Show Directory and Buyer Profile) according to our event deliverables.
·       Where possible, some sessions and applications used as part of the event may allow you to opt-in and opt-out of sharing your personal data with other event attendees.
·       Please note that privacy preferences made for this purpose are not automatically applied across the event. Kindly check the privacy settings when available.

You retain the right to request that we forget or anonymize your personal data. If you have attended any event with us, we will retain any financial, tax or event attendance records for reporting reasons, but will remove all personal data from our database, leaving an “anonymized” record for reporting reasons.

  Event Photography / Screenshots, Video and Audio Recording

You will be participating in an event where photography / screenshots, video and audio recording may occur for use by organisers in the publicity as well as marketing of future events.

  Why We Ask to Opt In or Opt Out of Attendee App Visibility

We are committed to protecting the privacy of all personal data you provide us for this event registration, and this includes your visibility in the Attendee App. You are able to change your Opt In or Opt Out selection at any time directly in the Attendee App.

  Personal Data Visible in the Attendee App

During the course of this event you can consent to have your personal details shared with other attendees. This includes your:

·       Photo

·       Name

·       Position

·       Organization

·       State

·       Country

If you choose to withdraw your consent, you are still able to use the attendee app. However,

·       your details will not be shown in the attendee search

·       you will not be able to contribute to the Event Stream (if any)

·       your details will not be available in the dinner table seating option (if any)
