Why We Process Your Personal Data And How We Use It
We ask for your personal data to facilitate processing of your event registration and participation.
· Personal data provided during registration will be included in your individual attendee profile with us, alongside other information captured as part of the registration process.
· Your profile may be reviewed and evaluated as part of the event’s validation process when necessary to determine your eligibility for participation.
· As part of your event participation, selected personal data (i.e. name, job title, company name, address and office number) may be shared with other event attendees in event collaterals (such as the Show Directory and Buyer Profile) according to our event deliverables.
· Where possible, some sessions and applications used as part of the event may allow you to opt-in and opt-out of sharing your personal data with other event attendees. Please note that privacy preferences made for this purpose are not automatically applied across the event. Kindly check the privacy settings when available.

Please be aware that a withdrawal of consent before the start of / during this event will incur a full event cancellation and cancellation fees (if any as noted in your initial registration, may apply). · Forget Or Anonymize Your Personal Data
You retain the right to request that we forget or anonymize your personal data. If you have attended any event with us, we will retain any financial, tax or event attendance records for reporting reasons, but will remove all personal data from our database, leaving an “anonymized” record for reporting reasons.
Event Photography / Screenshots, Video and Audio Recording
You will be participating in an event where photography / screenshots, video and audio recording may occur for use by organisers in the publicity as well as marketing of future events.
