Events registration - When you sign up to our events, your name, company name, address data, email and contact number will be stored on the event platform. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company without your consent.

Event screenshots, video and audio recording - By accessing the IT&CM China and CTW China 2020 virtual event, you will be participating in an event where screenshots, video and audio recording may occur for use by organisers in the post-event publicity as well as marketing of future events. For delegates who do not consent to have their image and audio captured for such purposes, do keep your video camera off and microphone muted.
